As far as I can tell, extension tubes have straight-through contacts. They do work well with any lens, at least I've tried it with most of my lenses.
The length of extension is going to limit the focal length of lens that you can use. For example. with a 16mm focal length lens, the 12mm extension (smallest I have or have seen) causes the lens to have an 'infinity' focus that's actually behind the front element of the lens. Only useful for taking a picture of the dust on/in your lens! I suspect using them with a fisheye would be futile, not to mention pointless.
But, I've found a small amount of extension, like 12mm, is very handy for long tele lenses, because of the shortening of the infinity focus point. I found it hard to get close to butterflys with 100mm macro, and putting an extension on either a 200mm or 100-400mm let me over come their minimum focus distance, yet stay farther enough away that the subject didn't fly off.
The 'magnification factor' is much less with this arrangement, than with (for example) the 100mm macro. Much less that 1:1 I think. So it's a trade off, like everything else.
The 'macro filter' or diopter lens works exactly like those magnifying 'reading glasses' you see in the drugstore. You can't stack them like tubes so there's one level of adjustment available to you, plus they only fit one size of lens wherease tubes fit any lens with the correct mount. A filter doesn't decrease depth of field as much as an extension tube does, either.
Lastly, extension tubes are easier and faster to put on a take off, and don't give you problems with finger smudges. You can even hang them on a pinky finger between uses (I often switch them on/off the camera while I;m shooting.

Looks like you are in a rush .. You filed your labor in 2007 and expect to get a GC before a guy who is waiting in EB3 from 2002 0r 2003 ?
There is nothing wrong in converting from EB3 to EB2 , if you are qualified . How long you are going to wait in EB3 ?
By the way I m Eb2 2006.

here is the problem though....each one can judge for themselves, i'm just presenting the facts:
EB2 requires an advanced degree- lets say it takes anadditional 3 years
EB3 can join a job after bachelors and get a PD. 5 years later switch jobs and claim EB2 with teh experience with the old PD
now suddenly the original EB2 filer is behind- his/her years spent getting the advanced degree count for nothing. the PD is 3 years behind the EB3 filer. so the experience suddenly trumps the education because and only because the EB3 filer could file sooner.
the law of the land gives preference to people with advanced degrees.
it allows substitution with experience. so far so good. the problem is the direct PD portability that hands a significant advantage to the EB3 converters ie experience over degree- an unintended consequence of this.
you can argue that it should be FIFO. maybe it should. but as of now the prefence is for advanced degrees and the ability to "upgrade" puts those who choose to get the advanced degrees at a disadvantage. they spend extra years waiting too- and unable to file and get a PD. and without an income. and then get penalized for it.
this whole PD thing is in many ways simply nonsensical. in any case country quotas and LC subs make mockery of it.

What people usually do is get someone in their home country to be the Google Adsense beneficiary
How do i register with google adsense to make someone from my home country as beneficiary.In that case wht do i need to give the persons taxid(like pan number from india).How can i do it?
Just change your registration info and set it to someone outside the US. I am not sure if they will ask you for any number if you are outside the US.

Thanks for your information. I have filled out my information and added spouse and child pending cases after adding my case. When i tried to start new procedure for spouse and child, it is giving me error that i have already notified the address change. Asked me to contact back after 45days.

Dear All:
Need your advice. Filed I-485 on July 5th. I-140 is approved. Working with the employer for 6 yrs. Now that I filed for final stage, my employer wants me to sign a contract voluntarily that I should stay with them for 24 months. What are my legal options in state of CA? He wants to get 20K if I leave earlier than contract term. I signed it since he threatened me to revoke I-140. Can I backout after portability law kicks in.

If he is a good employer, (but rather insecure that you will leave after getting GC), what is wrong in staying with him. I mean, if you have already a split deal like 80/20 share of your billing etc.

Yeah I think it makes sense to fill I9 form because that way you make it clear that your intent moving forward is to be on AOS rather than H1. In case you dont do it then you are on dual status with H1 being primary status so in that case it is open to wide interpretation of CIS officers to classify it as out of status or in status.
